Outreach

Serving God Through Worship, Faith,

Jesus gave the Great Commission,

and told us to “Go into the world” doing the things that he did:

teaching, healing, feeding hungry people,

speaking out about injustice,

and calling the world to more faithful living.

At Faith we try to live into this

commission by moving out

of the walls of the church

into the world.

We try to enter the world at its

most vulnerable places.

We invite you to join us as we walk through the doors

of our church into the world.

A few of the outreach ministries of Faith are:

Serving meals at Simpson Housing Services in Minneapolis,

short-term mission trips to UMC sites around the world,

and working with the area churches in cooperative ministry.

One of the exciting ways Faith United Methodist engages in

outreach is through the United Methodist Women.
